Security & reliability

At SellMeThisPen, we exclusively utilize secure and reliable providers. We establish secure connections through encryption, access controls, and SSL/TLS protocols to keep your data safe. This includes all aspects of your call data, including call transcripts, which are safeguarded through AES-256 encryption.

We use Microsoft Azure (Azure) for testing, staging, and production environments. Azure complies with numerous standards, including SOC1, SOC 2, SOC 3, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.

We also use OpenAI's API, which is GDPR and SOC 2 Type 2 compliant. It's important to note that OpenAI doesn't use the content provided to or received from their API (including call transcripts) to develop or improve their services.

No calls recorded

We do not record your sales calls. Our approach involves live transcription and storage of call transcripts exclusively. To ensure the security of these transcripts, we harness a range of protective measures, including encryption and access controls. Our reliance on Microsoft Azure reinforces this security, leveraging SSL/TLS protocols for secure connections. Every piece of data, including your call transcripts, is encrypted and secured using AES-256 encryption.

If you ever wish to delete your call transcript permanently, simply contact us, and we will promptly attend to your request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Data encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using bank-grade TLS 1.2, ensuring the highest level of security available.

Login & authentication

Our approach to login is rooted in using the Google and Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) providers. This allows us not to store any password or sensitive authentication information.

Developing with security in mind

Throughout the software development lifecycle, we implement a combination of manual and automated security and vulnerability checks, following our dedication to secure software creation.

We also uphold a rigorous backup regimen for all critical assets, guaranteeing our preparedness for potential disasters. Importantly, all of our backups are shielded through encryption.

Also, access to customer data is limited to authorized employees who require it for their job.

Credit card data

Your credit card information remains beyond the reach of our servers - we do not store or even see it. Stripe, a company dedicated to storing your sensitive data on PCI-Compliant servers, handles all payments and credit card data.
